Shipping policy

Luminetic are pleased to offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100.

Any orders below $100 will be subject to a flat $20 shipping fee.

Regretfully we don't offer international sales through our website at this time. Please get in contact to enquire about international sales.

Pacific Automation ("we" and "us") trading as "Luminetic" makes deliveries using a variety of delivery partners dependent on the delivery location and service requested by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items and value of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Subject to stock availability, orders received will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this case, the order may be part shipped, or held until complete based on the expected lead time for the outstanding items, delivery location or pre-existing agreement with the customer.

Shipping times vary depending on location but are estimated to be between 1 and 7 business days. Currently, we do not accept international orders through our website.
